THE FINE PRINT

ALCOHOL

Due to beach regulations, clients are responsible for obtaining an ALCOHOL permit, if applicable. Please note that hard liquor is not allowed on the beach.

LOCATION

We will be hosting all bonfires on either Southampton or East Hampton beaches. All other beach location requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

PERMITting

For the Town of Southampton beaches, client must apply for a parking waiver if guests do not have Southampton beach parking permits on their cars. Client is responsible for applying for an alcohol permit, which permits beer and wine consumption only. Client confirms they are aware that hard liquor is not permitted at any time.


*all permitting for East Hampton Beaches are handled on a case by case basis

DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your experience which will be applied to your final invoice. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. All deposits are non-refundable.

We offer a 72 hours rain check option, as long as you let us know 72 hours in advance you can reschedule your event due to weather for another day + time as long as we have the availability.
